Meet in the late night – 00.15 Hrs. at Bandaranaike International Airport for your Emirates flight which departs at early in the Morning to Zurich. You will arrive in Zurich Airport around 13.20 Hrs. Assistant will meet the Group and direct to the bus to transfer you to Engelberg Area for dinner and overnight Zurich has a lot of surprises in store because it is not just a historic city, but it is also a city with a stunning lake, surrounding mountains and a river through its centre.
The breathtaking ride up into the high alpine glaciers of Mount Titlis begins in Engelberg. Enjoy the breath-taking views of the Swiss Alps from the Rotair revolving cable car bringing you up to a world of snow and glaciers. On your way up to mountain, you'll get spectacular views of the deep crevasses in the glaciers and the immense chunks of ice that break off in spectacular fashion. On top fantastic views of the Swiss Alps and many different activities in this Winter Wonderland await you. Visit the Glacier Cave ad pass over Europe’s highest suspension bridge-the Cliff Walk! Take your chance to enjoy fantastic views over the Swiss Alps from the Panorama Restaurant on top of Mount Titlis. Visit the Ice Grotto, or take the Ice Flyer chairlift to get up close to the spectacular glaciers at an altitude of over 9,800 feet (3,000 meters). Descend with aerial cable cars and drive to Lucerne. Afternoon, proceed to Lucerne, the most picturesque cities in Switzerland. Upon arrival, commence on a 3 hour tour of Lucerne with guide. Starting on the Ruess River, start off your day with a mind-blowing walk across Lucerne’s landmarkChapel Bridge where dozens of hand-painted images adorn the ceiling. Although the bridge was damaged in a fire some years back, it is still in amazing shape. From here, it’s just a 2-minute walk into the historic old town where you can spend a few hours exploring the cobbled streets and taking in the likes of the Altes Rathaus (Town Hall), the Weinmarkt, Hirschenplatz, Kornkarkt and other stunning squares. There are also dozens of other beautiful old buildings and churches like St Peters and the Jesuit Church. The journey takes you through steep alpine landscapes across the Bru?nig Pass that links Central Switzerland with the Bernese Oberland. The beauty of this journey is that you are quickly able to experience a myriad of landscapes that typify the Swiss culture. The huge contrasts between city life in Lucerne to the small town quirkiness in the heart of the Swiss Alps is evident in the short 2 1/2 hour train journey to Interlaken. Passing by Lake Brienz is one of the most rewarding scenes on this journey. Take a moment to paint this picture in your mind. The perfect image of fishing boats docked at the harbour with the sunlight glistening on the surface of the lake, accompanied by the majestic Swiss peaks of Jungfrau among others providing a perfect backdrop. As the Golden Pass line slowly weaves along the edge of Lake Brienz’s banks, you are left with lifelong memories before the train pulls into the Alpine town of Interlaken. By the time you arrive in Interlaken, you could be forgiven for being exhausted at the amount of natural beauty you have experienced throughout the day. Grab some coffee or whatever you need to boost your energy levels and get ready to explore the gorgeous town of Interlaken. Your bus will meet you at the Station with your luggage. No visit to Switzerland is completed without a ride to Jungfrauoch. Don't miss this thrilling and unforgettable full-day excursion to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe! Listed by UNESCO as World Heritage Site of the Swiss Alps it is home to Europe's highest train station (3500 m) and many other attractions! (OPTIONAL) This 6-hour excursion begins from Interlaken OST to Grindelwald. Once there you’ll board the cogwheel train for a spectacular ride up to Jungfraujoch via Kleine Scheidegg to experience the Alpine Sensation. En route you will have stunning views of the world-famous triple peaks of Eiger, Mo?nch and Jungfrau. Once you reach the top marvel at the high alpine wonderland of eternal ice, snow and rock. Visit the Sphinx Observation Terrace and Plateau for breathtaking panoramic views of snow- capped peaks, neighbouring countries and the Aletsch Glacier, the longest of its kind in Europe. Don’t forget to walk through the tunnels of the Ice Palace at the heart of the glacier – a once in a lifetime experience not to be missed! Restaurants are available for meals and refreshments. During the descent you’ll pass the holiday resort Wengen, Lauterbrunnen and then to Interlaken where the coach awaits for your return trip to your hotel. Load your luggage to the bus and make your way to Stechelberg passing the "Staubbach" waterfall, the helicopter base and passing steep walls of mountains. At Stechelberg, you will change onto the cable car. The first section takes you along the rock to Gimmelwald, where you change for Mu?rren. In Mu?rren, boarding the 3rd section of cable car, it will take you to Birg, 2100m above sea level. At Birg, you will lead to the "thrill walk". From the terrace at Birg the Thrill Walk leads down to the vertical drops of the breath-taking rock massif. A steel structure, about 200 meters in length and closely hugging the mountain, passes underneath the observation deck and the cable car and ends below the station. Afterwards, you will board the last section of the cable car; the gondola takes you up to 2970m above sea level, to a majestic world surrounded by mountains. You will get to know about the James Bond movie and a lot of interesting exhibition objects. When returning, if you wish to take a seat in the revolving restaurant to enjoy a lunch which rotates 360 degrees around within 45 minutes. (At your own expense with a prior reservation)You will have a fantastic view to "Eiger, Mo?nch & Jungfrau" to the lakes and on good weather conditions you might see the Mont Blanc. Thereafter continue to Mu?rren. Mu?rren is a traditional mountain village at an elevation of 1,638 M above sea level and it cannot be reached by public road. It is also one of the popular tourist spots in Switzerland, and summer and winter are the seasons when Mu?rren becomes busy with the tourists. Head towards the cable car station to take you back to Stechelberg where your coach awaits you to come down from Schilthorn to proceed to Interlaken Ost. Aboard the remaining rail trip to Montreux with two legs – take the BLS Regio Express to Zweisimmen and then board either the GoldenPass Panoramic, a modern train with big windows for viewing the countryside or GoldenPass Classic is a reproduction of the bell e?poque style of traveling and features cars with de?cor from the 1930s. Upon arrival in Montreux, much awaited coach carrying the luggage will join you to take to the hotel in Montreux for dinner and overnight.
Leave by coach with your luggage to Broc Chocolate Factory. La Maison Cailler welcomes visitors to one of Switzerland’s oldest and most important chocolate factories. During the factory tour of 1.5 hours, visitors learn how chocolate came to Europe and how the Swiss refined the product. A small- scale, but still surprisingly large, chocolate production line can be seen in action while sampling is largely unsupervised. Chocolate workshops, also for children, may be reserved. A large Cailler shop sells the locally produced chocolate while a small cafe? serves marvellous hot chocolate and small snacks. A nearby Nestle? Factory Outlet Shop has bargains on chocolates and foods produced by various companies in the Nestle? Group. The Cailler chocolate factory is family friendly and children enter free with adults. Entrance tickets are included in the package. Thereafter, continue your journey to Tasch and check-in to hotel. The fastest journey time by train from Ta?sch to Zermatt is 12 minutes. Since Zermatt is a car-free town there are not many choices for the mean of transportation. However, in Zermatt, all buses or taxis are electric – and as Zermatt is geographically not so big, you can easily walk to many places. Strolling through Zermatt is such a lovely and nice way to spend time and one of the fun things to do in Zermatt. The houses are so charming and the scenery makes everything more beautiful. Zermatt is one of those peaceful and cute places you can stroll through for hours – though it is quite small. As in all parts of Switzerland, there are water fountains providing fresh drinking water. After completion of the tour, the group will get back to Tasch in the train for dinner and overnight stay.
American Breakfast at the hotel. With your luggage, we will head through the panoramic route to idyllic alpine town Lugarno and relish the stunning natural scenery. (215.5 KMS – 4.00 Hrs.) Check-in to hotel and free for you to explore Lugano on your own. Dinner at an Indian Restaurant and overnight in Lugano.
American Breakfast at the hotel. Commence on a sightseeing tour of Lugano with guide. During this guided tour you will see the Town of Lugano the Swiss pearl in the Canton Ticino region. See Luini’s famous fresco inside church St. Mary, then walk along Via Nassa the famous fashion street of Lugano and arrive in Cioccaro's square then on foot or by funicular go up to see the cathedral of Lugano with its 15th century frescos. We will get down the hill of the cathedral to see the city hall and walking along the lakeside you will see Ciani's park and the casino of lugano from outside. The altitude here is about one kilometre above sea level the air is fresh and clean. On completion of the above, sit comfortably and start your journey through varied terrain of orchards, chestnut trees and vineyards to Tirano in Italy. (215.5 KMS-4 Hrs.)You will see the bus runs through stunning landscapes in the Italian and Swiss Alps. It’s one of the most beautiful bus rides in the world. From Tirano you will board the Bernina Express to St Moritz. Ride over bridges, through forests, across mountain passes, and past one of the oldest cities in Switzerland on this 4-hour train ride through the Swiss Alps on the Bernina Express. During your journey, you can stay seated or walk around to admire the views from different vantage points. Plus, a trolley is on-call to bring you drinks and snacks when needed (own expense).
